Reservation


  • Reservations can only be made by phone (061-665-6700).
  • Reservations and inquiries are from 09:00 to 20:00.
  • Rooms are assigned according to the order of check-in.
  • Payment can be made at the front desk upon check-in.
  • 20,000 won per person will be charged if the number of people is added.

Check in/out


  • Check-in: From 13:00 to 20:00 (not allowed before 13:00)
  • Checkout: ~11:00 p.m. (Additional charges will be charged when checking out after 11 p.m.)
  • If you check in after 20:00, please contact us in advance.
  • Admission will be restricted if the number of guests does not comply.
  • Please return the room key to the front desk when you check out.

Precautions


  • For a pleasant use of the room, smoking is strictly prohibited.
  • Please refrain from making other users feel uncomfortable, such as indiscriminate entertainment, drinking, and loud singing.
  • Minors without guardians are not permitted.
  • Pets are prohibited from being brought in for the pleasant environment of other users and rooms.
  • In the event of damage to property due to the user's carelessness, compensation may be requested.
  • There is a simple first aid kit prepared at the front desk.
  • The use of candles, fireworks, and firecrackers is prohibited on hotel properties.
  • We are not responsible for accidents caused by carelessness of users when using accommodations and auxiliary facilities in Geomundo Ocean Palace Hotel.

Refund Policy


  • There is no refund for operation regulation of passenger ships (including lanes) due to weather conditions.

  • If you cancel your reservation for Geomundo Ocean Palace Hotel, please refer to the penalty as below.

  • Regular reservation: You can cancel it until 16:00 3 days before the reservation date.

      • 3 days to 1 day before:
      20% reservation fee
      Canceled on the day of use and no show:
      50% reservation fee

  • Group (more than 3 teams) and package reservation: Cancellation is possible until 16:00 7 days before the reservation date.

      • 7~1 days before use:
      20% reservation fee
      Canceled on the day of use and no show:
      50% reservation fee
